Plans, seat pricing, usage-based AI billing and how payments work — all under Billing.

Spjallbox is priced in two separate layers: a monthly subscription (team seats and features) and an optional, usage-based charge for conversations the AI resolves automatically. You never pay for AI unless you specifically turn on automatic case resolution.
Plans
Solo
Flat monthly fee, one seat, one chat widget — for solopreneurs and very small teams.
Growth
Price per seat per month, unlimited conversations, removes the "Powered by Spjallbox" badge.
Business
Price per seat, white-label and a custom domain (see "Your brand"), up to three chat widgets.
Enterprise
Custom pricing, unlimited chat widgets and specific requirements like SSO — talk to sales.
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to get started.
Usage-based AI billing
The subscription itself includes an unlimited number of reply drafts, summaries and "Improve reply" actions for agents — these never cost extra. A separate charge only applies to conversations the AI resolves fully automatically, without an agent, if you turn on that feature in the chat widget.
No automatic resolution
Off by default. The AI only writes drafts an agent approves — no extra charge.
Pay-as-you-go
No fixed fee, pay per automatically resolved conversation as you go.
Pack · 200 / Pack · 1,000
A fixed monthly fee for a set number of automatic resolutions — a lower price per resolution than pay-as-you-go, with overage pricing if the pack runs out.
The billing page shows how many conversations the AI has resolved automatically this month, your quota status, and whether overage applies — no surprise charges without warning.
How payments work
- The subscription fee is charged monthly to a card via Teya — card details go directly and encrypted to Teya, never through Spjallbox’s own servers.
- The Payday integration (under Settings → Integrations) is separate from this and is used to show customer invoices inside the conversation panel, not to charge your own subscription.
- You can change plan, seat count or AI pack at any time on the Billing page — the change takes effect from the next billing period.
What happens if I go over my AI pack?+
Conversations beyond the pack are charged at the pack’s overage rate — the system keeps working normally, nothing stops.
Can I switch between plans?+
Yes, any time on the Billing page — both upgrading and downgrading.
Do I need a credit card to try the system?+
No, the 14-day trial doesn’t require a credit card.
