Subscription and billing
What is included, what costs extra, and how to control usage.

1. Subscription and drafts
Team costs 3.900 kr per seat per month, excluding VAT. Three seats cost 11.700 kr. Drafts, summaries and Improve reply are included with an active subscription or trial, without an automatic-reply surcharge.
Solo can only be purchased in the iOS app for iPhone and iPad. Final pricing and terms are shown in the App Store. Website signup starts a Team trial.
2. Your trial
New organizations get a 14-day Team trial with one seat. Draft replies and summaries are included; automatic replies start off. No card is needed. Without a card, access moves to a limited tier when the trial ends. If you activate a paid subscription, the payment terms shown at checkout apply.
3. Optional automatic replies
Automatic replies require an AI pack and the widget setting to be enabled. A conversation counts when an automatic reply is sent. That does not confirm the issue was resolved. Drafts reviewed and sent by your team do not count as automatic replies.
Pay as you go
39 kr per conversation. No fixed AI fee.
Pack with 200 conversations
5.900 kr per period. The 29.5 kr average requires using the full allowance. The fee is fixed regardless of use.
Pack with 1000 conversations
24.900 kr per period. The 24.9 kr average requires using the full allowance. The fee is fixed regardless of use.
Packs stop new automatic conversations at the included allowance. Overage and automatic extra purchases are not enabled. Unused allowance does not roll over and packs do not stack. Your team can continue replying within the base subscription limits.
4. Payments and changes
On an active web subscription, access changes immediately when the plan, seats or AI pack changes. The next regular bill uses the updated subscription; the renewal date stays the same. Cancellation takes effect at period end. Review the checkout confirmation before approving a payment. Manage App Store subscriptions there.
Kenni, the voice agent and other optional add-ons are outside these prices and the AI budget. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
