- Verified identity data when a company enables Kenni electronic ID in chat.
- Technical logs, IP addresses and billing information needed to operate and secure the service.
Hosting, AI and retention
Data is hosted in Europe. AI features assist support agents with drafts, summaries and search, and customer content is not used to train general third-party models.
